WCF is a very convenient platform for building service-oriented applications, but on the same time it has a very rich architecture with lots of extensibility points and many delicate  nuances.

We are three software development engineers working at Microsoft for several years now, and focus mostly on building platform solutions for hosting large scale services while using WCF heavily.

After working with WCF for a very long period, we have decided that now would be a great time to share our WCF knowledge and experiences with other fellows developers.

One disclaimer, we are not part of the WCF team, and our opinions do not necessarily reflect the positions of our company.
